(Peoria Illinois location) I had 3 appointments for 9:30am 10am and 10:30am i was placed in a room nobody came to check on us while we waited and I wasnt seen until 10:24am I dont think it was a formal exam they got done with the first one at 10:27am I was going to cancel my other kids appointment but it took 3minutes each kid I wont be back and I will not recommend people to come here. Very unprofessional

I have excruciating tooth pain. I just had my baby emergency C-section I was high risk so thats why I had to wait to do dental work. I made an appointment and had to wait a month to be seen. I went in for my appointment today they ran my insurance did the X-rays then I was told the lady at the front desk doesnt know how to enter my insurance and I would have to come back in two weeks for my new appointment. They just entered my two other children earlier today for their first appointments with them with the same insurance. Im beyond pissed.

The doctor is so disrespectful and she dont need to be there working on kids I will not be taking my kids back to that dentist place until they can get a good doctor in there thats going to have respect and want to take care of the kids not put them down and downgrade them I wish the old doctors would come back never had a complaint before until now with this new doctor she is not fit to take care of no teeth she dont have people skills

Went to Familia Dental in Evansville In for a chipped tooth and possible cavities. Talked into a full tooth extraction for dentures but definitely wasn't explained in depth of the overall situation. September 2nd had all 27 of my adult teeth extracted solely done by Dr ? You. Train wreck ever since. As of today still NO TEETH

My son had many teeth degrading. They botched 3 referrals sent him to the wrong dentist who was not covered changed who authorized his work without informing me which resulted in 9000 dollars which we can't pay and still have not even started did not tell me they had not gotten an extension for getting his dentures finished and has no teeth!!! Incompetent unacceptable care!!!

No orthodontist! My daughter is in pain and losing weight! I keep calling they give me the turn around! Im literally on hold as i write this! Do not use these *** *** people

My daughter has been going on with broken braces and metal mouth pieces for months shes always in pain! Will never be using these people ever again! When I call Im on hold for *** ever! They always give me the run around! I cant even get ahold of corporate to get my money back!

My sons appointment was at 5. We got there and they said there was an hour wait so we went out to sit in car. I then went across street to get a drink and the receptionist called and said I seen you leave I came right back and she proceeded to come outside several times to check that I was still there and then called me from a blocked number and said we are looking at cameras to make sure you dont leave. Extremely unprofessional and scary. They are receptionists, not stalkers and spies

Expect everyone to have a cell phone or know how to use a tablet. Repetitive information requested on the sign-in forms. Not helpful when the tablet does not respond to keystrokes. Bad time management for appointments.

Paid several thousands out of pocket for braces in Feb. 2015. Dr. Amir was awesome and set the plan up, bonded my brackets, and did all that was to be done. Within 6mos he left and was replaced by Dr. R. Guymon. Dr. Guymon was absolutely wonderful and had my teeth looking so beautiful. Dr. Guymon told me in the Summer/fall 2016 he was transferring but that I was on Track and my braces should be ready to be removed by Feb 2017. He was replace by Dr. Patel for whatever reason decided to change up the plan Dr. Amir and Dr. Guymon was following. My teeth have gone from looking awesome and treatment almost complete to looking worse and half broken front tooth and a smile I refuse to show. Since Dr Guymon left the Hobbs NM office has since gone through SIX ORTHODONTIST TOTALING eight in all. During this nightmare only 1doctor tried to really help me and that was the fifth orthodontist Dr. Bahvar. Unfortunately she didnt stick around very long. Before I had brace put on I could eat hot and cold food with no issue. I had never felt was tooth pain or sensitivity was even like. Never had it. But now its the exact opposite. Now it is July 2020. I have secondary issues cause by negligent orthodontic practices. Missing half of a tooth in front that broke off when they Debonded my top early because the dentist was concerned. Never made impression for retainer never offered to rebond/finish. I still have Bottoms. The front bottom four havent even moved. The new orthodontist last weeks said wow five years and I cant tell the difference between your first Xrays and the ones we took today. Uhh seriously! I left in tears with nothing done said he want to consult with someone and would see me in 5.5 weeks. Still have half of a tooth missing still hurting no retainer, they clipped half of the wire off on the bottom braces so two brackets have no wire on left side. Gum recession on from bottom teeth has started. When asked what to do was told I dont know. I no longer smile... After 5 and a half years thats what Im left with

They will not send the x-Ray or a letter saying why the root canal needs to be done. And the he can get referral authorized

When to my appointment to put some braces they came off was asked if I had hard food or chew I said no they took the rubber off and when the doctor came to put them on she pressed the wire to my gum not only are they not professional, but they talk about clients in front of the ones they are doing work to this place is just horrible. When the young lady was going to put my rubber bands back on she scratched my face with the tool they used to put them on this had happened before and I don't see them changing anything soon hopefully I can cancel my contract with them and go somewhere else.

Waited almost 3 months for my dentures I get my dentures and they don't fit I can't wear them went back to readjust them and it didn't help my top and bottom dentures don't line up at all their big my top denture looks small!!!!!

Always over estimating treatment plans and then get you for 2 yrs of treatment and tell you in 10 months the braces are ready to come off. That is over a year extra of cost that you will be liable for regardless of the length of the treatment.
